Continental Automotive Group goes back half a century when Continental Cars, Inc. was incorporated in August of 1966. A lot of things have changed in the many years that have passed since then, but our dedication to quality vehicles, quality car service, and fair, competitive prices have remained the same. Today, we own and operate dealerships all over Texas from Dallas to Austin to San Juan – and we’re looking for technicians in all three locations.

CAG offers a wide number of benefits and opportunities for our technicians. From paid training to competitive pay to an annual work boot allowance, our techs have the opportunity to grow as a team and as a skilled tech.
Boot Allowance
The annual $300 boot allowance covers the purchase of a new pair of work boots to help you keep up the great work. On or after your work anniversary, purchase your preferred pair of boots from a vendor of your choice, submit your receipt, and CAG will cut you a check for the full amount up to $300! PS – this offer starts on your FIRST DAY!

CAG supports all kinds of organizations around Central Texas, but one of our favorites is supporting local automotive technician students! When you work on furthering your auto tech training programs via courses at Austin Community College and Universal Technical Institute, you have access to wonderful teachers who know exactly what our dealerships are looking for.
Outside the Shop
Outside of the shop, CAG offers a company discount, vehicle purchase program, 14 PTO days after only 60 days, free Saturday lunches, and many more benefits designed to help you succeed inside and outside the shop.
Opportunities to Grow
CAG encourages and reimburses furthering education for technicians including ASE certifications, online modules, and technology and manufacturer training. Paid training is only the start at CAG. Our wide range of dealerships offer various paths to grow through apprenticeships and express tech positions to Certified and Master technicians.
