Continental Automotive Group goes back half a century when Continental Cars, Inc. was incorporated in August of 1966. A lot of things have changed in the many years that have passed since then, but our dedication to quality vehicles, quality car service, and fair, competitive prices have remained the same. Today, we own and operate dealerships all over Texas from Dallas to Austin to San Juan – and we’re looking for technicians in all three locations.

In addition to monthly performance bonuses, we provide an Annual Technician Bonus! This program is unique to CAG, and it serves to further reward excellence year after year.
Boot Allowance
The annual $300 boot allowance helps you keep up the great work by covering the purchase of a new pair of work boots. On or after your work anniversary, purchase your preferred pair of boots from a vendor of your choice, submit your receipt, and CAG will cut you a check for the full amount up to $300! PS – this offer starts on your FIRST DAY!

When you work on furthering your auto tech training programs via courses at Austin Community College and Universal Technical Institute, you have access to wonderful teachers who know exactly what our dealerships are looking for.

At CAG, we value the skill and dedication of our technicians. That’s why all warranty repair work is paid at 1.5x the standard rate. It’s our way of recognizing the extra care and precision required to get the job done right.
