Parking Garage Rules – Austin INFINITI & Austin Subaru

Welcome to the team at Austin INFINITI & Austin Subaru!

Welcome to the team
at Austin INFINITI
& Austin Subaru!

Let’s talk about where to park:

If you are a vendor or valet –
you will not be assigned a parking space. You are welcome to park in any of the available free spaces on the very top roof and very top ramp of the parking garage. In the garage – if the sky is directly above you, you can park there.

If you are hired by Austin Subaru or Austin INFINITI –
you will eventually be assigned a parking space. Until you are assigned a space, you must also park in the available free spaces on the very top roof and very top ramp of the parking garage. In the garage – if the sky is directly above you, you can park there.

Spaces are assigned via –
TENURE

Each employee parking space on the 2nd floor, 2nd-3rd floor ramp, and 3rd floor are individually assigned. All of these spaces in the parking garage are assigned via tenure. As tenured people with CAG are either no longer working for CAG or transfer to another location outside of AI/AS, parking spaces become available. Unfortunately, there are just not enough assignable spaces in the garage to immediately give everyone a space across AI and AS. (The parking garage is technically there to house INFINITI’s inventory – the excess spaces are what are allowed to be given to employees.)

What to do when someone parks in your assigned space –

We agree, it stinks when someone is wrongly parked in your designated space.
Here’s what to do if it ever happens to you:

1. Take a photo of the offending vehicle and your space number (be sure to include the vehicle’s license plate)
2. Email that photo to Mr. Garrett Liming
3. Garrett will then find the offending vehicle’s owner via contacting their manager.

UH-OH, There’s a Sticker on My Car?!

If it comes to this, odds are you’ve either parked where you weren’t supposed to more than once, you couldn’t be reached on-site at the dealerships, or your vehicle has been caught staying on-site overnight.

Do your part.
Don’t park where you aren’t allowed to.
Don’t forget! Parking in the garage is a privilege.
