Sheri was born in Arkansas and has two wonderful daughters, four adorable granddaughters, 2 grand-dogs, and 1 crazy cat. If she could live anywhere, it would be along a coastline so she could relax on the beach with her feet in the sand. Sheri’s a busy lady, but never too busy to keep our CAG crew cared for – it’s what she does best!

Grace is from Bastrop, Texas. Outside of CAG, Grace enjoys shopping, listening to live music, trying great Mexican restaurants, finding things to do in Austin and discovering new adventures. Grace went on an amazing cruise vacation to Mexico and can’t wait for her next one! Grace is a Texas sports fan who cheers for the Longhorns and the Cowboys.

Jackie was born and raised in Wheaton, Illinois. She has a chihuahua mix and golden retriever puppy that take up most of her time on the weekends. In her free time, Jackie enjoys sudoku, hiking, watching movies, and anything to do with dogs!

Julia is from El Paso and moved to Austin in 2017 to be closer to her family. In her free time, she enjoys getting dressed up to go out to eat and take pictures with her friends. Julia has been to Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, and notes it to be the best place she’s visited thus far. In the future, she hopes to hit up Zanzibar, Africa for its beautiful waters. At home, Julia has a cat named Benjamin who is the sweetest lad!.

Aubrey was born and raised in Michigan. She grew up on the lakes and decided to head south to Austin in July of 2024. Her favorite things about Austin are how welcoming all the people are and all of the cool opportunities the city has to offer! Aubrey comes from a small town, so it’s great how many wonderful places Austin has to explore, and the lakes make her feel at home. On her days off, you can find Aubrey reading, going to concerts, and traveling to cool places. She loves immersing herself in new environments. You might also find Aubrey yelling at her tv on Saturdays and Sundays as she is a diehard football fan. She roots for the Detroit Lions and the Michigan Wolverines. Aubrey has two pups back home in Michigan named Millie and Merlot.

Jullian is from El Paso, Texas, and loves working in the automotive world—partly because he enjoys being around nice cars, but also because of the interesting folks he gets to interact with every day. In his free time, you’ll likely spot him at an EDM show, catching sets from his favorite DJs. His favorite venue is The Concourse Project in Austin, which he says has some of the best lineups and an immersive atmosphere. One of Jullian’s all-time favorite films is Belly by Hype Williams, a movie he appreciates for both its bold aesthetic and its influence on hip-hop culture. When it comes to traveling, Jullian’s dream trip is a cross-country road trip packed with historic stops and landmark sightseeing all along the way.

Before moving to Austin, Joseph spent his whole life living in Hawaii and California. While he is new to the area, he is very excited to be in Texas for this next chapter of his life! In his spare time, Joseph enjoys all outdoor activities, discovering and trying new restaurants, going to the movies, and traveling to new places with his longtime girlfriend and their two Pomeranians, Grizzly and Milo!

Julie is from the East Coast, New Jersey to be exact! She originally moved to Texas to go to grad school at Texas State, then moved away to Mississippi for a brief 3 years before coming back to Austin in November 2020. In Austin, Julie likes that there is a constant variety of things to do, like the ability to have brunch downtown, hang out on the water, or get lost in the woods – all in the same day. An endless amount of things to do, food to eat, and sights to see!

Sam has been working professionally in the fitness industry since 2019, and she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology that she uses to aid in developing personalized fitness regimes. Sam has competed and placed in multiple events at the McAllen Iron House Classic including the bikini and classic divisions and has a personal training certificate from ISSA. She is extremely passionate about helping her clients achieve their physical goals, and she looks forward to beginning this chapter with CAG!

Angelica is a 5th-generation Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. She has over 10 years of experience working for CAG Wellness and has loved every minute of it. She is passionate about caring for her patients while also taking the time to get to know them. When she’s not working, Angelica enjoys camping at Texas State Parks and National Parks with her family in their camper. At home, Angelica has four pets: a dog, a cat, two gerbils, and a fish. FUN FACTS: Angelica is fluent in Spanish, and she loves quilting and sewing.

What is a PA?

Cynthia is from Memphis, TN, and she began working for CAG Wellness around 2015. Her hobbies include taking walks along Town Lake, playing tennis, trying new recipes, and shopping for antiques. When it comes to sports, Cynthia roots for the University of Georgia which is where her daughter, Avery, will be earning her degree in 2023. Her other daughter, Peyton, plays Division 1 tennis at the College of Charleston. Cynthia is also a University of Texas fan. FUN FACT: Cynthia is extremely proud of her three awesome kids – a son and twin daughters.

Keith is originally from Tucson, AZ but moved to Texas in 1990 after graduating high school and has been here ever since! His favorite musician is the local blues guitarist Monte Montgomery. For Keith, the automotive industry runs in the blood. There are many mechanics in his family and he’s been in the industry for over 30 years! If he could invite anyone to dinner, he’d invite Elvis because Keith has many questions he needs answered. Keith also has one black cat named Rose Royce, who he found and rescued from a car wash trench.
