- Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service or remain an active customer of Continental Automotive Group. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.
- Fees and Charges: MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
- Message Frequency: Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies based on your service and sales interactions with the dealership.
- Customer Support: Contact Continental Automotive Group at our main line or reply HELP to any message you receive for assistance.
- Opt-Out / Unsubscribe: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon receiving your request, we will remove your number from our active SMS list within 24 hours, and you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
- Non-Sharing Clause (Strict Confidentiality): We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Continental Automotive Group will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
