Hire Date: 11/20/06 Michael has been in the car business since 1995; he started right out of high school. He had previously worked for Rick Robinson and was excited to start back with him in a new facility in 2006. Michael Brooks loves helping customers!

Hire Date: 11/21/05J.P. has been in the car business since 1987 when he started while in high school. J.P.'s list of credentials include: -Detail work -Paint Assistant -Body Assistant -Car Stereos -A Tech Representative for Dupont J.P. likes his job and he says that the Collision Center has the best management staff and that this is where the best guys in the business reside!
Lenae FiteAccounting
Hire Date: 1/17/05 Lenae started at Wholesale Parts Direct and then moved over to the Collision Center after 10 months back in 2005. Before working with the company served in the Army for four years. She likes her job because it is flexible and she gets to work with customers!

Hire Date: 12/4/00 William has been in the car business since 1975. He's been with Continental Automotive Group for over 15 years and came back in 2000. What he likes most about his job is the commradery with his co-workers and having the opportunity to meet new people.

Hire Date: 3/05/04 Jorge has been in the car business since 1992. He has experience in detailing, shipping and receiving, and parts ordering. He says, "Here we have everything there is to like, cool cars!"

Hire Date: 5/6/02 Lonnie has been in the car business since 1987 and started into this business with a reference from a friend. He has experience in parts and production. Lonnie says that the Continental Collision Center is the, "total package: i like the owner, it has the nicest facility, my co-workers are great, it is centrally located, we (the employees) are treated well, and we get to work on cool, high end cars!"

Hire Date: 5/13/08 Jesse has been in the car business since 1988. He likes it here because it is the best place in town to work, considering the facility and people here.

Hire Date: 8/20/01 Pam started in the car business in 1989. She originally started out by delivering auto paint, but likes her job as an estimator because she loves and enjoys helping and working with customer. Pam is a fan of Continental Automotive Group because of "the benefits we get and the owners treat their employees unlike any other."

Hire Date: 1/27/89 Lisa came to Continental Collision Center in 1998. Before coming to the collision side she worked at Mercedes-Benz of Austin as Service Cashier, Automotive Warranties, and Automotive Accounting. She enjoys the everyday challenges of the business and Continental Automotive Group most because of the people!
Rick RobinsonGeneral Manager
Hire Date: 10/13/03 He has been in the car business since 1967, and has been in management since 1987. Rick has experience working in many aspects of body work, including tech and paint. Rick began his career in the car business at the age of 16 painting cars and worked his way up to General Manager. Rick has been a member of the Continental Automotive Group since 2002 and enjoys working with this company and its family atmosphere. He also appreciates how they care for their employees and customers. Cars are a passion of his and he is delighted to get to work with them daily!

Hire Date: 4/16/07 He started at Austin Infiniti by: -Parking cars Now he: -Takes car of used cars for the company through the Recon Center Before working in the car business he was in the Military for 11 years. He enjoys this company because it has a family atmosphere like the Military did, and there is a new challenge everyday!

Hire Date: 9/8/08 Cody has been working for the Collision Center since 2008. Before working at the Collision Center, she worked in the BDC at Mercedes-Benz of Austin for 3 years. She enjoys being the first person customers see when they walk into the building and enjoys helping them on the phone and in person.

Hire Date: 11/3/03 Glibert has been in the car business since 1993. His experience includes: -Detail -Buff -Prep -Parts -shop foreman Gilbert's favorite part of his job is seeing the before and after of his work, "it never gets old." He also thinks that the Continental Automotive Group is one of the best companies to work for.
Rob FergusonRob moved to Austin in 2005 after graduating college in Virginia. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends – sometimes while riding motorcycles. Rob has a female terrier mix rightfully name “Ducati.” Rob really enjoys being around high quality vehicles and prides himself in being a part of the restoration/repair process – returning them in peak condition. Manuel SanchezManuel was born in Beeville, Texas and moved to Austin in 1985. Married with two children and two dogs – a Rottweiler and a Boxer, he stays busy. Manuel’s first job ever was working at Wendy’s where he was hired on the spot. In his free time, Manuel enjoys mountain biking, eating locally grown hay and seafood and watching scary movies like the Exorcist. If Manuel could meet anyone, living or dead, it would be Mozart although his favorite comedian is Daniel Tosh. The best place he has ever traveled to would be Alaska but would love to one day travel down under to Queensland, Australia – home of the Great Barrier Reef! Manuel decided to work for the Continental Collision Center because he is always looking for new challenges. One thing he is very proud of is his family |
