3. Copy of Valid Texas Drivers License & Proper Documentation for the I-9 Form
4. Signed "Pre-employment Procedure Notice"
5. Signed "Disclosure of Intent to Obtain Consumer Reports or Investigate Consumer Reports"
6. Interview (Two Manager Minimum)
7. The Ability to Verify Previous Employment History
8. Drug Test (Must Be Taken Within Two Days of Interview)
9. Bank Account for Direct Deposit
10. Approval of General Manager or Owner of Each Store
